Congratulations! You've used the SimplyCreate.ai designer to create an amazing, unique T-shirt design. You've customized the color and size, and now you're ready to make it yours. Placing your order is just as straightforward as the design process. Here's a simple walkthrough:
Step 1: Add Your Item(s) to the Cart
Once you're happy with your design preview, have selected your preferred T-shirt color, chosen the correct size, and specified the quantity, it's time to take action.
- Click the 'Add to Cart' button.
Your customized T-shirt is now saved in your virtual shopping cart. You can either proceed to checkout or continue Browse and designing more items – perhaps different sizes or colors of the same design, or entirely new creations!
Step 2: Review Your Cart
Before you finalize your purchase, it's always a good idea to review your shopping cart. You can usually access your cart via an icon (often a shopping bag or cart symbol) typically located at the top corner of the website.
In the cart view, you can:
- Check the details: Verify the design, size, color, and quantity for each item.
- Update quantities: Change the number of units for any item if needed.
- Remove items: If you've added something by mistake or changed your mind, look for a 'remove' or trashcan icon next to the item to delete it from your cart.
Step 3: Proceed to Checkout
Satisfied with the items in your cart? It's time to check out.
- Click the 'Checkout' button.
This will take you to the secure checkout process provided by Shopify.
Step 4: Enter Shipping and Payment Details
Here, you'll provide the necessary information to complete your order:
- Shipping Address: Enter the full address where you want your T-shirt(s) delivered. As you enter your address, the shipping costs will likely be calculated and added to your order total – you'll see this update in the Order Summary.
- Payment Information: Payments are securely handled by PayPal. You'll be guided to PayPal to complete your payment. You can either log in to your PayPal account or choose the option to pay directly with a major credit card (like Visa, MasterCard, American Express) – often a PayPal account isn't required for this. Your financial details are processed securely by PayPal and are never stored on our site.
Step 5: Review and Confirm Order
Before hitting the final button, take one last look at the Order Summary. It should display:
- Your selected items (design, size, color, quantity)
- Subtotal
- Calculated shipping costs
- Total amount to be charged
- Your shipping address
If everything looks correct, click the 'Confirm Order' or 'Place Order' button.
Step 6: Receive Confirmation

Simultaneously, you should receive an order confirmation email sent to the address associated with your SimplyCreate.ai account (or the email provided during checkout). Keep this email safe – it contains your order details and number, which are useful for tracking or if you need to contact customer support.
And that's it! Your unique, AI-designed T-Shirt is now on its way to being produced (printed) and shipped to your doorstep. Expect most orders to arrive in 6-9 business days.
